Google Search Console Specialist
Turn search reports into a prioritized action plan.
I help website owners use Search Console to understand search visibility and investigate indexing problems. The focus is turning available reports into prioritized actions for your pages and templates.
Turn search reports into a prioritized action plan.
Not every excluded URL should be indexed. Filtered pages, redirects and intentional duplicates can appear in reports without representing a problem. I assess the page purpose and the signals behind the status before recommending a fix.
Performance analysis also needs context. I consider date ranges, page changes and query mix so normal variation is not mistaken for a technical incident.
Does any of this sound familiar?
Indexing reports contain exclusions with no clear interpretation.
Traffic changes are assessed without checking query or page mix.
Important URLs have no routine monitoring or investigation process.
Specialist work, with a clear purpose.
Property & sitemap review
Check property access, sitemap submissions and the relationship between submitted URLs and your intended site structure.
Indexing investigation
Review representative URLs, canonical signals and reported exclusion patterns to understand which issues need action.
Search performance analysis
Examine query and page trends by device, country or search appearance where the available data supports the comparison.
How the work comes together.
I review Search Console in the context of your actual website structure and recent changes. A redirect, intentional duplicate or removed URL should not be treated like a live service page that needs to be indexed. Grouping statuses by URL purpose makes the investigation more useful than counting report warnings.
Performance analysis uses appropriate comparisons and representative page groups. I look at the questions behind a change: which queries moved, which devices or countries are involved and whether a release or content change provides context. Findings end with actions or a monitoring decision, not unsupported conclusions about an algorithm update.
What I need to get started
- Access to the relevant Search Console property
- Priority URLs and the intended indexing scope
- A record of recent website or content changes
This service interprets search visibility and indexing evidence. Implementing large template changes or rewriting pages is scoped from the findings rather than assumed to be included.
Questions worth asking.
Does every excluded page need a fix?
No. Exclusions can reflect intended behavior. The first question is whether the URL should be a search landing page, followed by a review of the signals behind its reported status.
Can Search Console show every query?
Reports have privacy and availability limits. They are valuable evidence, but the analysis should not treat them as a complete record of every search or every user journey.
Does submitting a sitemap guarantee indexing?
No. A sitemap helps search engines discover URLs, but discovery and indexing are different decisions. Important pages still need accessible content, appropriate signals and a useful purpose.
